Some important eligibility criteria for pursuing higher studies in USA are,

  • For doing a master’s degree in the USA the applicants will need to have at least the minimum CGPA as your preferred course and university requested.
  • Most important criteria for doing masters in the USA. The applicant should score minimum in certain exams according to the university requirement They are IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE (English language proficiency exams), SAT or ACT exam for bachelor’s and IELTS or TOEFL (English language proficiency exams), and GMAT or GRE for masters, so the applicant should prepare accordingly.
  • Fall intake is the best intake to apply to the US universities as there are many courses and funding available during this intake.
  • Late December/early January is the deadline for the Fall intake in the USA.No. GRE is not mandatory to apply for Fall intake.

Students applying from abroad follow the same procedure and have essentially the same application requirements as all other students. All applicants for first-year admission must submit one of the following:

  • The Coalition Application with Yale-Specific Questions
  • The Common Application with Yale-Specific Questions
  • The QuestBridge National College Match Application

Yale will accept any one of these applications, without preference for one over another. Students should submit one—and only one—application per admissions cycle.

Admissions decision notification: Admissions decisions for Single-Choice Early Action candidates will be available online in mid-December. Decisions for Regular Decision candidates will be posted online via the Yale Admissions Status Portal by April 1. Both Early Action and Regular Decision applicants have until May 1 to reply to an offer of admission. Decisions are released exclusively via the Yale Admissions Status Portal.

As an international student, your application for admission to K-State must meet the same academic standards for admission as those required of native students. In addition, international applicants holding non-immigrant visas are required by U.S. immigration regulations to be enrolled in a full course of study.

Application deadlines:

Deadlines in individual degree programs may be earlier, check with the department in which you are interested when planning your application.

  • January 8 for fall (August) enrollment
  • August 1 for spring (January) enrollment
  • December 1 for summer (June) enrollment

American University offers undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, PhD, certification courses, executive and post-college programs. The undergraduate programs are offered on-campus while graduate programs can be pursued either on-campus or through online mode.

The application process for both international and domestic students is the same. The applicants must make sure their application won’t be reviewed until they send all of the documents.

As an international student, you may apply to University of California (UC)  as either a freshman or as a transfer student, depending on your level of education.UC has slightly different admission requirements for applicants who are international students. If you’re applying as a freshman, you must:

  1. Complete 15 year-long academic courses with a 3.4 GPA:
  2. Meet other requirements specific to your country
  3. Demonstrate English-language Proficiency

Arizona State University offers 400+ four-year undergraduate degree programs on four campuses and through ASU Online for full-time and part-time students. The application process for international students is the same as for domestic students, with the exception of submitting proof of English proficiency. After admission, international students are also required to obtain a U.S. visa, which includes submitting a graduate financial guarantee.
